Return Process

  Log into your Ushopbd account, select the specific order from your history, and click the 'Return' button to submit your request with the reason for return.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a pickup, or you may be asked to drop off the parcel at a designated service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
